How to Warm-up
In order to warm up for the frog sit-up, you will need to stretch out your entire body. You should also run for at least 10 minutes to ensure that you are warmed up and ready to perform rigorous exercise.

Typically, this is an exercise that would be done well after you have warmed up.

The Proper Form
To ensure that you are getting the maximum benefits from your sit ups, make sure to follow these steps to ensure that you are in the right position and targeting the right muscles.

Lie with your back flat on the floor and your legs extended straight.

Bend your knees and place your outer thighs toward the floor almost touching. The area between your legs should form a diamond.

Now push soles together and bring them as close to your bottom as possible. Cross your arms across your chest.
Flatten your lower back to the floor at the same time that you curl your chest toward your hips.

Inhale slowly as you lower your body back to the starting position.

How to Cool Down
In order to cool down from this exercise, you must stretch completely. Every muscle in your body must be stretched out to ensure that you have properly released the lactic acid from the muscles to prevent injury.
